Finegan is an independent French consulting firm that assists decision-makers in the main sectors (finance, energy, mobility and transport, luxury goods, etc.) in their transformation and innovation projects through the complementarity of its three areas of expertise: Finegan Advisory, Finegan Expertises and Finegan Solutions. The Finegan Advisory team supports decision makers in their business, regulatory and digital transformation projects.

Job description

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in our field. You will be trained on our core business and our methodologies. You will have the opportunity to rapidly increase your responsibilities in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment.

  • Depending on your experience and skills, you may be required to work on :
    • Market Abuse (MAD/MAR)
    • LCB-FT (KYC, PPE, Sanctions & Embargos filtering, etc.)
    • Benchmark, LIBOR/Euribor transition
    • Employee ethics (conduct, ethics, MIF2)
    • EMIR/Volker regulations/Banking separation law
    • Tax compliance (FATCA, CRS, QI, section 871(M)
    • Post-trade (CSDR, SRD2, …)
  • Depending on your skills, you may also be required to carry out various and varied tasks such as
    • Diagnosis of the organization of the Compliance function, definition of Target Operating Model and progressive deployment plan
    • Analysis of the impact of regulatory changes
    • The framing and implementation of Compliance projects: identification and prioritization of regulatory, organizational or IT projects, definition of the roadmap
    • Transition management for Compliance functions
    • Coordination and follow-up of recommendations (General Inspection, internal audit, French and/or foreign regulator, …)
    • Steering of project systems and management of consulting teams
    • Development and marketing of Compliance offers
    • Coordination of client relations and business development

Profile description

You have Masters’ degree from a business school or university with at least 8 years of experience in a consulting firm, audit firm, regulator, management company, or within the major players in the financial sector:

  • You are dynamic, organized, proactive and have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You have acquired an excellent consulting methodology and solid fundamentals in team management
  • You wish to invest yourself in the development of business offers and activities
  • You have an excellent level in French and English
