Job description

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in our field. You will be trained on our core business and our methodologies. You will have the opportunity to rapidly increase your responsibilities in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment.

  • Depending on your experience and skills, in the course of your work, you may be required to intervene in :
    • Anti-corruption
    • Antitrust
    • Human rights (duty of care)
    • International sanctions, embargoes and dual use goods
    • The fight against fraud (internal and external)
    • Protection of personal data
  • Depending on your skills, you may also be required to carry out various and varied tasks such as
    • Advising public and private clients on the implementation of ethics and compliance organizations (risk mapping, development of charters, policies, definition of controls, training modules, etc.)
    • Management of ethics and compliance projects: identification, prioritization and management of projects, management of project teams.
    • Operational assistance in ethics and compliance: on-site and remote support for clients.
    • Conducting ethics and compliance audits of clients or third parties (evaluation of organizations and individuals).
    • Managing alerts, investigations and crises in ethics and compliance.
    • Monitoring and strategic analysis of regulatory, judicial and regulatory news in the fields of ethics and compliance in France, Europe and internationally

Profile description

You have a 5-year degree and a degree from a Grande Ecole of Business, Political Science or University with at least 3 years of experience in a company, consulting or auditing firm, or law firm:

  • You are dynamic, organized, and a strong team player
  • You are dynamic, organized and able to make proposals
  •  You have a strong intellectual curiosity, and good qualities of adaptation to changes.
  •  You have an excellent level in French and English
