The Finegan Advisory team supports decision makers in their business, regulatory and digital transformation projects.

 

Job description

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in our field. You will contribute to our core business and our methodologies and will have the opportunity to work in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment.

  • Depending on your experience and skills, you may be required to work on
    • Management of complex transformation projects and/or inspection or supervision missions (TRIM, Stress-testing…)
    • Regulations: Basel III & IV, IFRS 9/16, NDoD, NPL, Loan origination, …)
    • Modeling topics (PD, LGD, CCF)
    • Team management
    • Commercial development and development of offers
    • Expertise in the banking environment and credit processes (granting, rating, monitoring, provisioning, default follow-up)
  • Depending on your skills, you may also be required to perform various tasks such as
    • Participation in the commercial development of the Risk offer and the recruitment of teams
    • Participation in the animation of the Risk community (regulatory watch, creation of offers, two-pager, customer events such as webinars…)
    • Missions of support in the management of regulatory compliance projects: analysis of regulatory texts, methodological/governance/organizational/process gap analysis, recommendations and implementation, change management, documentation
    • Missions to support the general inspection and supervision exercises (QIS, Benchmarking, Stress Testing, TRIM, approval mission): framing, coordination, documentation, processing of recommendations, relations with regulators
    • Implementation and optimization of credit risk management, monitoring and reporting systems
    • Responsibility for the delivery and supervision of one or more consultants in the context of your missions

Profile description

  • You have a 5-year degree from a business school or university with at least 6 years of experience in a consulting firm or within the major players in the financial sector:
  • You are dynamic, organized, proactive and have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You have acquired an excellent consulting methodology and solid fundamentals in team management
  • You wish to invest yourself in the development of business offers and activities
  • You have an excellent level in French and English
